Being a counselor is my profession, but being a person is my foundation. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I grew up in a vibrant, fast-paced melting pot where every block offered a new perspective. My upbringing taught me early on that there is no single 'right' way to experience the world. Whether it was the diverse communities, the bustling energy, or the unique stories of the people around me, I learned to listen with curiosity rather than judgment. I bring this same Brooklyn-born openness to my counseling practice. I understand that your culture, background, and lived experiences are the foundation of who you are. My approach is built on meeting you exactly where you are, honoring your unique perspective, and creating a safe, grounded space where you can explore your own path to change.

Between my two kids, husband, and two dogs, life at home is always moving. I’m a fan of a great story—usually the Harry Potter books—and I cherish the simple tradition of family movie nights. Traveling is my passion, as it gives me new perspectives and a much-needed refresh. I bring this same passion for connection and curiosity into every session, because I know that being real is the first step toward change.
