Ways We Can Work Together
-
Individual counseling is your personal, judgment-free zone for change. I offer tailored, evidence-based support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, vocational guidance, and substance use. I provide neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive care that honors and validates all aspects of your identity. It’s about meeting you where you are and helping you build the practical skills to navigate life's complexities—on your own terms.
-
Couples counseling is a structured, supportive space where both partners can explore the root causes of relational distress in a safe, non-judgmental environment. It moves beyond surface-level arguments to examine the recurring interaction patterns and emotional longings that drive conflict. Through guided dialogue, partners learn to slow down heated discussions, process underlying feelings, and practice effective repair attempts.
-
Family Counseling is a collaborative, compassionate process designed to help family members break unhelpful communication patterns, navigate stress or major transitions together, and rebuild mutual trust. Rather than pointing fingers or identifying one person as the problem, family counseling focuses on the relationships between family members—equipping everyone with practical tools to feel heard, respected, and connected.

Think of this as a low-pressure, preliminary conversation to see if we’re a great match. We’ll briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and answer any questions you have about my approach or scheduling. If it feels like the right fit, we can setup up your first full intake session. If not, I’m always happy to provide referrals to help you get where you need to go.

My style is collaborative, authentic, and relational-meaning we cut out the stiff clinical jargon and focus on real-life strategies that fit your world. If you value a space that is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in practical support, we will likely work well together.

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. A Good Faith Estimate outlines the total expected cost of your non-emergency therapy care based on your written estimate before your first formal session begins.

Everything is managed seamlessly through a secure online client portal (Carepatron).
